  • Heated Studio: Our classes are practiced in a warm environment to help increase flexibility, enhance circulation, and deepen your practice.
  • What to Bring: A yoga mat, towel, and water—hydration is key! No mat? No worries, we have rentals available.
  • What to Wear: Comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing that allows you to move freely.
